• Vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron to boost its availability in blood and also aids in maintenance of connective tissues.

• Vitamin B12 and L-methylfolate helps in boosting energy which results in reducing fatigue and lethargy.

• Zinc in combination with Iron may help increase hemoglobin levels better
