Folinur (L-methylfolate) which is structurally analogous to the reduced and active form of folic acid 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-Methylfolate), is absorbed directly in the active form that can immediately diffuses into the blood and is available for its immediate biological action.
Take 1-2 tablets daily as a food supplement with water, preferably after the meal
or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
