It includes Vitamin D which helps in Calcium absorption, which ultimately maintains bones and teeth health; it also aids in boosting immunity.

Children 6 to 12 years of age:
5ml, 2 time daily
Children over 12 years and adults:
5ml, 3 time daily
Pregnancy and lactation:
5ml, 3 time daily
or as directed by the healthcare practitioner.
