Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our social media platforms, and engaging with our online community. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and generating leads through effective social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives and continuously track and analyze performance metrics.

 

2. Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Create and curate engaging, relevant, and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Schedule and publish content on a regular basis, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools to leverage new opportunities for engagement.

3. Content Creation and Curation:

- Develop compelling and shareable content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets. - Conduct research and stay informed about industry-related news, topics, and trends to curate relevant content for our followers.

4. Social Media Advertising:

- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. - Utilize targeting options and analytics tools to optimize ad performance, refine audience segmentation, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor social media analytics and generate regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and audience insights. - Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance social media strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
