Tasks

- Customer Support Calls & Chat via all available channels (ex. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.)

- Order Taking and Order confirmations

- Addresses customer’s queries and resolve complaints

- Responds to comments on social media accounts

- Manages customer engagement programs

- Stays abreast of product knowledge and related information
